Extended DISC® analysis is a professional diagnostic tool designed to help individuals understand their natural behavioral styles, communication patterns, and responses in various professional situations. The assessment supports deeper insight into personal strengths, potential, and development areas, as well as how we function under pressure and in relationships with others.

How the Extended DISC® Process Works?
1. Assessment Invitation
After starting the process, the participant receives an individual link to the Extended DISC® questionnaire.

2. Completing the Online Questionnaire
The assessment typically takes about 10–15 minutes and involves selecting responses that best reflect your natural way of functioning. There are no right or wrong answers.

3. Extended DISC® Report Generation
Based on the responses, an individual report is generated, including an analysis of behavioral style, communication preferences, and development insights.

4. Individual Feedback Session – 90 minutes
The report is discussed during a meeting with a certified Extended DISC® consultant.
The session includes:

interpretation of results and behavioral style

discussion of strengths and potential challenges

analysis of communication and collaboration patterns

identification of development areas and recommendations

application of insights to real professional situations

The meeting has a developmental and coaching character — its purpose is to increase self-awareness and define practical next steps for further growth.

– Individual Motivation Assessment with Feedback Session

The Reiss Motivation Profile® is a professional tool designed to identify individual motivators — internal needs that influence decisions, behaviors, goals, and the sense of satisfaction. The assessment helps to understand what naturally drives us to act and how personal needs impact functioning in both professional and personal environments.

Benefits of the Reiss Motivation Profile® Analysis:
1. Assessment Invitation
After starting the process, the participant receives an individual link to the Reiss Motivation Profile® questionnaire.

2. Completing the Online Questionnaire
The assessment typically takes about 20–30 minutes and involves responding to statements related to preferences and motivation. There are no right or wrong answers.

3. Reiss Motivation Profile® Report Generation
Based on the responses, an individual report is generated presenting the intensity of 16 basic motivational needs along with interpretation and development insights.

4. Individual Feedback Session – 90 minutes
The report is discussed during a meeting with a certified Reiss Motivation Profile® consultant.
The session includes:
