Newsletters contain information from the life of the company, promotional campaigns, information on valuable content in the field of services offered, blog entries, sent by e-mail with information about services, their scope and price. For this purpose, we process personal data provided by you when filling out the form on the website and data regarding your inquiries

We share your data with our employees and associates so that they can contact you for the purpose for which you have agreed.
Service providers
We transfer your personal data to the service providers we use. Service providers to whom we transfer your personal data, depending on contractual arrangements and circumstances, or are subject to our instructions as to the purposes and methods of data processing (processors) or independently determine the purposes and methods of their processing (administrators). Processors. We use suppliers who process your personal data only on our instructions. They provide us with a cloud computing hosting service, provide us with systems for online marketing, for displaying web push notifications , for sending emails, for analyzing traffic on the website, for analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
State authorities
We provide your personal data if we are requested to do so by authorized state authorities, in particular organizational units of the prosecutor’s office, the Police, the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection (in the future, the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection), the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection or the President of the Office of Electronic Communications .
5. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
The retention period of your data depends on the purpose:
- offer – for a period of 12 months
- conclusion of the contract – from the date of notification to 24 months from the date of termination of the contract
- marketing of our services and products – for a period of 24 months
- for other purposes listed in point 3 of this policy – for a period of 12 months.
6. WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Right to withdraw consent
You have the right to withdraw any consent you have given at the time of submitting the form, as well as the data you have provided us with by sending an e-mail. Withdrawal of consent takes effect from the moment of withdrawal of consent. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the processing carried out by us in accordance with the law before its withdrawal.
Withdrawal of consent does not entail any negative consequences for you. However, it may prevent further use of services that we can legally provide only with consent (e.g. the possibility of participating in further services or receiving commercial information).

You have the right to request the deletion of all or some of your personal data. You have the right to request the deletion of personal data if:
a) you withdrew a specific consent to the extent that personal data was processed based on your consent;

c) you objected to the use of your data for marketing purposes;
d) you have objected to the use of your data for the purpose of statistics on the use of the website and satisfaction surveys, and the objection was found to be justified;

d) when you have objected to the use of your data – then the restriction takes place for the time needed to consider whether – due to your particular situation – the protection of your interests, rights and freedoms outweighs the interests that we pursue by processing your personal data. You have the right to obtain confirmation from us whether we process your personal data, and if this is the case, you have the right to:
a) access your personal data;
b) obtain information about the purposes of processing, categories of personal data being processed, recipients or categories of recipients of this data, the planned period of storing your data or the criteria for determining this period, about your rights under the GDPR and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the source of this data, about automated decision-making, including profiling, and about the safeguards applied in connection with the transfer of this data outside the European Union;
c) obtain a copy of your personal data.

You have the right to rectify and complete the personal data provided by you. You can do it yourself in the Settings (Privacy) tab. With regard to other personal data, you have the right to request that we rectify this data (if it is incorrect) and supplement it (if it is incomplete).

You have the right to receive your personal data that you have provided to us, and then send it to another personal data administrator of your choice, e.g. to another operator of similar services. You also have the right to request that personal data be sent by us directly to such another administrator, if it is technically possible.

When do we meet your request?
If, in the exercise of the above-mentioned rights, you make a request to us, we comply with this request or refuse to comply with it immediately, but not later than within 14 days after receiving it. However, if – due to the complexity of the request or the number of requests – we will not be able to meet your request within 14 days, we will fulfill it within the next month informing you in advance about the intended extension of the deadline.
Reporting complaints, inquiries and requests
You can submit complaints, inquiries and requests to us regarding the processing of your personal data and the exercise of your rights.
If you believe that your right to the protection of personal data or other rights granted to you under the GDPR have been violated, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection (in the future, the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection).

We make every effort to ensure the security of your personal data. We use modern cloud solutions, antivirus programs, Firewall, we protect our telecommunications end devices with a password.
8. CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY
We may change and supplement the Privacy Policy as needed. We will inform you about any changes or additions by posting relevant information on our website www.yourcareercrafting.com, and in the case of very significant changes, we will send it to you by e-mail.
