How does the coaching process look?

During our first meeting we discuss your needs and goals. Once agreed, we organize regular, usually weekly or bi – weekly meetings, during which I assist you in discovering your assets, devising action plan, or support you in overcoming any roadblocks. 

Coaching process usually lasts around 6 – 10 sessions, each taking 60 minutes.

How can you help me in developing my career?

I can support you in discovering and developing your strengths, potential. Assist you in finding your preferences and future career opportunities. If you need any additional guidance I can also support you in designing or revising your CV, preparing you to the interview, providing guidance on the ways how to source job, create social media profiles etc. 

What is the difference between coaching and mentoring

In coaching process I support you in discovering your potential, strengths. By asking insightful questions I can guide you to the moment when you know what you have, what you need to achieve your goals, and you feel committed and motivated to reach your goals. 

In mentoring I am combining coaching methods with discovering your potential, at the same time providing guidance and advisory, when necessary, sharing my experiences, knowledge adn various tools, supporting you in your growth.

What kind of consultations do you offer?

I can support you in all the areas in which I have my practical expertise. If you need your HR processes audited, introduced or develop, that is the right place 🙂 I can observe f.e. your recruitment, onboarding or talent management processes, and suggest any improvements. If you need any HR process to be introduced, tailored to your business needs f.e competency models or career paths, I am here for you.

The same relates to building awareness of leadership models and improving customer service processes.
